 A: BOER Medical is a laparoscopic instruments manufacturer located in Hangzhou, China near Shanghai. We inherited RD and sales team from original Optcla Medical which has been established since 2000, devoting itself to disposable minimally invasive surgical instruments industry for the well-being of all patients.

2. J: Kādi ir jūsu galvenie produkti?

 A: Our main products are disposable laparoscopic instruments, including laparoscopic trocar, laparoscopic forceps/scissors, suction irrigation tube, veress needle, specimen retrieval bag and balloon uterine manipulator. We are researching other gynecologic Instruments and thoracoscopic Instruments as well.

3. Q: Kā tevi atrast?

 A: We participate many medical exhibitions, such as MEDICA, HOSPITALAR, ARAB HEALTH, FIME, CMEF and so on each year. We are located in Hangzhou, China, which is about 3 driving hours from Shanghai.

4. Q: Kāds ir jūsu piegādes laiks?

 A: Delivery times are based on quantity ordered. 1-3 days if goods are in stock, 10-15 days for special request on package, 15-30 days for big orders or special request on products. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

5. J: Kādi ir maksājuma nosacījumi?

    A: 100 percent T/T in advance for small orders, for big order we could negotiate with each other. RMB, USD are acceptable. T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal all are available.

6. Q: What's the shipping way?

 A: Regarding the small quantity order, we can send them by Fedex, DHL, international express and the large quantity goods are shipped by sea shipping according to client's demands. The available loading ports include Shanghai and Ningbo.

7. Q: Can I buy sample?

 A: Yes, sure, you are always welcome to place a sample order to check the quality. Usually if with our label, samples would be sent within 3 working days. Please kindly contact us.

Vai arī mēs to nosūtām jums kopā ar nākamo pasūtījumu. Mēs apmaksājam visas izmaksas, ja problēmu izraisījusi mūsu puse pēc pilnīgas atkārtotas pārbaudes.
